- Después para cerrarla colocamos la otra tapa de carne encima y yo lo hice superponiendo la capa de abajo a la de arriba y ayudándome de un tenedor para cerrar los bordes.
- Finalmente cocinamos la hamburguesa en una plancha o en un parrilla por cada lado entre 3 y 5 minutos según se te gusta más al punto o más pasada. Cuando le des la primera vuelta colocar el queso encima de la parte hecha
- Después solo es montarla en el pan. Yo le eché más cebolla cruda, jalapeños y unas rodajas de tomate pero sino os gusta el picante podéis ponerle pepinillos cortados.
