  4. Luego pasamos a hacer la salsa blanca, en la misma olla que calentamos nuestra carne, ponemos las cucharas de maicena con la leche, revolviendo bien para que se disuelva y llevamos a fuego bien bajo hasta que espese. Colocamos nuestra salsa sobre la carne.
  5. Ponemos nuestras rodajas de huevo duro por encima de la salsa blanca o por debajo. (Yo me olvide de colocarlas antes de la salsa, es decir sobre la carne, para que no se seque el huevo cuando lo llevamos al horno)
  6. Por último, en un sartén sofritamos nuestra cebolla y morrón, agregamos un poco de salsa, orégano, sal y unas cucharitas de azúcar para restarle lo agrio. Y colocamos por encima del pastel 👌🏼Y como broche final, agregarle muzzarella cortada por encima... y al horno hasta que nuestra muzzarella quede bien doradita!! 🤤
