- Revolvemos y le agregamos la leche hirviendo. Seguimos revolviendo hasta que se espese y no queden grumos. Agregamos la cucharada de sal y la nuez moscada c/n. Y ya tenemos la bechamel.



- Para los ñoquis ponemos a hervir la papá con la cáscara y entera. Cuando estén cocidas dejamos enfriar un poco y las pelamos. La pisamos y hacemos un puré. Le agregamos el huevo, sal, nuez moscada y revolvemos. Agregamos la harina y amasamos. Si nos queda muy blanda le agregamos un poco más de harina. Hacemos un cilindro y cortamos en tiras y cortamos los ñoquis en piezas. Hervimos agua y los arrojamos hasta que floten.
