  5. Añadir el tomate frito (Opcional, añadir también el tomate concentrado) y mezclar. Después añadir una cucharadita de romero, una de orégano y una de tomillo. Mezclar de nuevo.
  6. Añadir caldo de pollo, muy poquito y dejar a fuego lento. Irá perdiendo caldo.
  7. Dejar a fuego lento de 30 minutos a 1h y media. Depende de lo espesa que os guste la salsa. Si está muchísimo rato, mucho más sabor pero se come hasta el tomate. Vigilar de tanto en cuanto y remover. Apagar cuando lo veas a tu gusto.
  8. Una vez hecha la receta, ya tienes salsa para pasta, lasagna o hasta para una paella/fideos de montaña.
