  5. Ahora añadiremos el tomate rallado a la olla y dejamos que se fría un poquito y le echamos un vaso de vino blanco y dejamos que evapore el alcohol.
  6. Por último añadimos el majado del pan con especias el caldo y las albóndigas y dejamos cocer unos 20 o 25 min y listo!!
