  1. En una olla le echamos un chorro de aceite y en él echamos la cebolla y la zanahoria a que poche.

  3. En un bol, echamos el kilo de carne picada, sal, pimienta, ajo molido y opcional perejil, también le añadimos el pan rallado, y lo comenzamos a mezclar hasta que esté todo integrado.
  4. Una vez hecho bien la mezcla de la carne, apagamos el fuego donde estaba pochando la cebolla y la zanahoria.
  5. La mezcla de la zanahoria y la cebolla, y pasarlo por la batidora.
  6. Una vez que este pasado por la batidora lo llevamos otra vez a la pota y lo ponemos en el fuego a fuego lento y le añadimos la lata de cerveza,
  7. Mientras la salsa esta en él fuego, vamos haciendo la bolitas de albóndigas.
  8. Una vez tengamos todas las bolitas de albóndigas hechas, las pasamos por harina y se llevan a freír.
  9. Las freímos hasta que estén un poco doraditas por fuera. y las vamos pasando a la salsa que tenemos hecha con la cebolla, zanahoria y cerveza.
