  6. Mientras se cocina el tuco con las albóndigas, cortar en rodajas bien finas la berenjena, el zapallito y el tomate. Colocar en una fuente apta para horno una base del tuco que se está cocinando. Por encima armar hileras de los tres vegetales, es decir, poner 1 rodaja de berenjena, 1 de tomate y 1 de zapallito y así sucesivamente.
  7. Agregar las albóndigas y el resto del tuco a la fuente del horno (por encima de las verduras). Agregar un chorrito de aceite de oliva por encima, aceitunas negras en rodajas y orégano.
  8. Tapar con papel de aluminio y llevar a horno 180° por aprox. 30 min (hasta que las verduras estén bien blanditas).
